The FIS Team has had many successes in the past few months! Most athletes have either scored their best results, qualified for a big event, stood at the top of the podium, or getting into their first-choice college! Big shout out to Sam Clausen who tore his knee at the start of the season and has been working extremely hard to get back! We know it’s not easy Sam but keep at it!

Off Season Reminders

1) The spring is a great time to think about ordering gear for the 24-25 season! As many of you know, come fall ski companies may be low on inventory. Reach out to coaches to get orders in soon to guarantee sizing!
2) Make sure to tune your skis before you toss them in the corner of the garage. You will be thankful you did come fall! When storing skis, it is important to wax them beforehand!

Mt. Hood Summer Camps 2024

JHSC Alpine is offering two options for U10 & U12 athletes to join a day- camp style summer camp! Athletes will stay with parents and be transported to and from activities each day! On-hill training will be 8-12 daily, and there will be a dryland activity in the afternoon! Mt. Hood is an incredibly beautiful area with great mountain biking, hiking, swimming spots, fruit stands, lavender fields and so much more! It is not only fun for kids but for parents as well!
