February 9th Grooming Report
A Beautiful Day
It’s truly a beautiful day at Trail Creek today, with bluebird skies, warm winds, smooth corduroy, and everything you need to have a wonderful ski. Indeed, several groups were already out enjoying themselves and having a great time, including the Master’s Clinic! There were also some hilarious antics seen recently from the Lollipopper Team, who were experimenting with variations on dogsledding techniques; looks like a lot of fun! Thanks, Kathleen!
Today’s grooming was a complete double pass over the Moose Chase course, bringing us to full race condition in preparation for the race on Saturday! Also groomed was the Stadium, Lollipopper Land, Gut Flop, and the East Fields, which will serve as a warm-up loop for the race. Notably, due to lack of demand, there are currently no Classic tracks on the course, so strap on those skate skis and get gliding. Classic tracks have been set on the East Fields.
